Our summer events help foster youth empowerment and civic engagement through culture, leadership & build up power.

We've heard from our younger relatives who want time to connect and to learn more about civic engagement, community organizing, and more. These two youth-led gatherings in Hopi and Whiteriver will be a space for young people to discuss and take action on issues they care about and are impacting their communities.

The actives will centered around culture, leadership and our collective power. We want young people to raise their voices and build upon the voting power in their tribal and rural communities. And we'll share a meal with each other.
